Nothing to do with summer


Because I make this dish year round.
  • Sizzling tomatoes- with olive oil- red pepper flakes- fresh garlic... makes the perfect sause for penne pasta
  • Add some Kalamata olives- and parmesean cheese.
  • Wala- a super supper.
  • Now if only my kids would eat it!
